1. CSS IT Infra & Telecom Private Limited (NeTEL) is an authorized Class A Internet Service Provider, having its registered office at 2nd Floor, 1-10-74/5/1, Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500016.
2. The Subscriber agrees to become an authorized Internet access subscriber of NeTEL for services at their residence or office.
3. The Subscriber shall obtain all statutory licenses, permissions, and clearances required to avail Internet services.
4. If the Subscriber changes the cable service provider other than a NeTEL-authorized cable provider, NeTEL reserves the right to terminate services immediately without liability.
5. Field support is not available between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this period, subscribers must contact customer care.
6. Subscription payments must be made before the due date.
7. Commercial subscribers must provide and display their Internet network diagram, and notify NeTEL of any changes.
8. All Internet-related complaints must be reported only through official NeTEL customer care channels.
9. Services shall be terminated immediately if any illegal activity is detected. The Subscriber shall be solely responsible for consequences arising from any investigation by Government authorities.
10. The Subscriber shall comply with all laws and regulations of the Government of India.
11. Redistribution or resale of Internet services provided by NeTEL is strictly prohibited.
12. NeTEL reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and such changes shall be binding.
13. All customer-premises equipment required for Internet access shall be arranged by the Subscriber and must comply with Government regulations.
14. NeTEL guarantees 95% average uptime, subject to force majeure and physical network conditions. Network availability is measured at the Subscriber router port to NeTEL router port.
15. NeTEL IP addresses, usernames, and credentials shall not be used for spamming, call termination, network tampering, or unauthorized services.
16. Disconnection requests must be submitted in writing, and acknowledgment must be obtained from NeTEL.
17. Subscribers must periodically verify that their bandwidth provider is NeTEL via the official website.
18. ONT / Router / Media Converter / Android Box installed at customer premises remain property of NeTEL and must be returned in good condition upon disconnection.

Statutory Compliance

• Not transmit objectionable, obscene, copyrighted, or unlawful content.
• Not engage in anti-national activities, cybercrime, or network sabotage.
• Not use unlawful hardware or software.
• Allow inspection of equipment by authorized Government agencies when required.
• Comply with the Indian Telegraph Act, Indian Wireless Act, TRAI Act, and ISP License conditions.

Failure to comply shall result in immediate disconnection without notice.

Liability Disclaimer

NeTEL / CSS IT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, business interruption, data loss, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Internet services. No guarantee of end-to-end Internet bandwidth is provided.

Refund Policy

Services are prepaid. Refunds or cancellations are not permitted, except in cases of non-feasibility. Refund processing time is 4–6 weeks.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, power failures, or government actions.

Validity

The service remains valid only as long as the NeTEL-authorized cable provider exists.

Subscriber Identification

The Subscriber must submit valid photo ID and address proof at the time of registration. This agreement becomes effective upon signing the registration form.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad.
